Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no tricks. Monthly members can cancel at any time before their next billing date from their account settings. Annual members can cancel within 30 days of purchase for a prorated refund. After 30 days, you retain access through your annual period.
What exactly is included in the membership library?
The library includes exclusive resource bundles, themed activity packs, classroom management tools, planning templates, and seasonal resources — none of which are available in the regular shop. A new bundle is added every month, plus individual additions throughout the month.
How is membership different from buying from the shop?
Great question. The shop sells individual resources available to anyone. The membership library is entirely separate — all resources there are exclusive to members and cannot be purchased individually. It's a different, curated collection built specifically for members.
When do new bundles arrive?
New monthly bundles drop on the 1st of each month. You'll get an email notification with a preview of what's included. Early access to new shop releases happens 48 hours before public launch — we'll email you those too.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
We don't currently offer a pause feature, but you're welcome to cancel and re-subscribe when you're ready. Your account history and past downloads remain available even if you cancel.
Is my card charged immediately when I join?
Yes — your first charge happens when you subscribe, and then on the same day each month (or year for annual). You'll receive a receipt via email for every charge.
